Intellectual Property

Sanders, Motley, Young & Gallardo, PLLC attorneys have substantial experience in litigating and providing local counsel support in cases involving trade secret, copyright, and patent disputes.  Our attorneys will work to aggressively protect your rights through pursuit of injunctive relief and damages.  We also are experienced in working to protect the rights of those unjustly accused of such actions.

In today’s business climate, complex legal battles over intellectual property rights can be expensive, difficult, time-consuming, and company-draining.  Not infrequently, such battles take the place of or significantly supplant the actual competitive market place.  Dealing clearly and quickly with these issues can be critical to a business, particularly a small one.  However, depending on the size of the opponent and its resources, we have not hesitated to consult and, if necessary, bring in additional counsel to help wage the battle.
